Booking By Phone
Be advised that the online booking diary does not reflect full availability so if you can’t find a free slot or you would like to book over the phone please give us a call.
Open 7 days a week from 10am – 8pm.
Please ensure that you arrive at your appointment 5-10 min earlier.
If you are not able to get through, please leave a message with your contact details and appointment requirements and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Payment & Terms
Please have your debit or credit card in hand to confirm your booking. We accept Maestro, Master Card, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express. IF YOU CANCEL ONLINE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. If you call or email us we can cancel for you and your deposit will be allocated to your next booking, as long as its more than 24 hours prior to your appointment. The deposit is payment to the booking software company not us.
We do operate a 24 hour cancellation policy; for further information please refer to our Terms and Conditions Section.
No card details are being stored locally at any point in time. We are an approved and regulated Bank of Scotland (BOS), PAYPAL merchant and PCI compliant, applying the highest standards on all our financial transactions as stipulated at Bank of Scotland & PAYPAL and our own terms and conditions.
