We are looking for beauty therapists / day spa therapists ( beauticians and masseuses with at least 2 years of employed work in similar environment).

We are a Good SPA Guide and Luxury Travel Guide Nominees for Best Day SPA in the South East in 2014 and 2017. We operate from 2 locations, Brighton center with 6 treatment rooms next to the Theater Royal and from Hove center with 5 treatment rooms.

• Basic salary for this position is between £9-£12 per hour (depending on experience qualifications)

Role Outline

• Delivering outstanding services that includes a variety of modern and exciting skin and body treatments.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of NVQ 3 or equivalent in beauty treatments ( waxing, nails, massage including deep tissue/sports massage, facials)
• Excellent customer service skills ( sales track record )
• Immaculate personal presentation, polite and well mannered.
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated
• Good team player
• At least 1 year of experience in similar environment
• Training on at least one skincare brand

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of Treatments to an extremely high standards
• Achieving consistently high Retail Targets per month
• Building a regular client base
• Ensuring Treatment Rooms are of a consistent high standard
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa

Desirable Knowledge and Experience (although not necessary as training can be provided):

• Knowledge of Elemis facials and product range
• Experience with Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion

Salary: £9.00 to £12.00 /hour
