Role Outline

As a Massage & Beauty Therapist, you will:

  • Deliver a variety of modern, high-quality skin and body treatments.

  • Maintain consistently high standards in every aspect of client care.

  • Build lasting client relationships and a loyal customer base.

  • Ensure treatment rooms remain immaculate and welcoming.

  • Support the management team in the smooth running of the spa.


Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 (or equivalent) in beauty therapy or massage.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar environment.

  • Immaculate personal presentation, excellent communication skills, and a warm, professional manner.

  • Confident with booking systems and comfortable using technology.

  • Self-motivated team player, flexible to work some evenings and weekends.

  • High standards in waxing (including intimate waxing) are an advantage but not essential.
