Job Description – Receptionist Position

We are a Good SPA Guide Nominee and Luxury Travel Guide Winners for Best Day SPA in the South East in 2014 and 2017. Number one Day Spa in Brighton on Trip Advisor for the last 5 years. We operate from 2 locations, Brighton center with 6 treatment rooms next to the Theater Royal and from Hove center with 5 treatment rooms.

Role Outline

This is a full time role ( 42.5 hours per week, includes some weekend days ) receptionist role reporting to the general manager. The role leads to a supervisor position after 1 -1.5 years.

  • Basic salary for this position is between £18,785  and £19,980 per year (depending on experience qualifications). That is £1,359 to £1,421 monthly after tax.

Main Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills ( sales track record )
  • Perform treatments when required
  • Immaculate personal presentation, polite and well mannered.
  • Computer literate
  • High level of English ( spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated
  • Good team player
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar environment and position.
  • Training on at least one skincare brand
  • Experience with at least one major SPA Booking software
  • Responsible in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation

Desirable Qualities (although not necessary as training can be provided):

– Knowledge of Elemis product range

– Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion
